The Sight Giving Savior | John 9:35-41 (Message Only)

Jesus pursues the (formerly blind) man rejected by the religious leaders and asks him an important question: “Do you believe in the Son of Man?” The man believes and worships Jesus as Lord. Jesus opened his physical eyes as well as his spiritual eyes. The acknowledgment of the light of Christ will lead to spiritual sight. Spiritual sight requires intervention by God, faith, and confesses Jesus as Lord. When we have eyes to see His glory it ultimately leads to a life of worship. However, the rejection of the light of Christ reveals spiritual blindness, leading to judgment. The light of Christ ultimately divides the seeing from the blind.
