Gatherings

Let's come together.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hebrews 10:24-25

At Dayspring, we gather weekly to worship God, learn together from the Bible, and encourage one another to take the next step in our walk with Jesus Christ. This page is intended to give you a glimpse of who we are, and answer some of your most pressing questions about Dayspring.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect when you visit

How long are the worship gatherings?

Our worship gatherings typically run 70-75 minutes.

What do people wear?

We like to keep it casual, but it's really up to you. From flip-flops to dress pants and dresses—we've got a variety of style around here.

What is the preaching and worship style?

The preaching is Biblical and applicable. Our Lead Pastor, Steve Buckner, enjoys teaching through the Bible, going deep into the text through expository preaching. Our worship style is modern and celebratory. And while our band rocks every Sunday, make no mistake... this is not a concert! The emphasis through our praise is turning our focus toward God, and worshiping in Spirit and Truth.

What do you mean by "identical services"?

Service order, worship set lists, sermons, media, and resources are the same across all services that weekend, and we seek to make the experiences as identical as possible.

Where do my kids go during the service?

Dayspring Kids is for children from birth through 4th grade. After you check your kids in, they will experience an exciting service just for them while you attend the worship gathering. Students in grades 5-12 gather in the Student room at different gatherings. Check the Student's page for more information.

What should I expect with parking?

Dayspring Church offers plenty of parking, with spaces on every side of the building. We offer special spaces closest to the building for both handicap accessible and expectant mothers.

That's tricky question in the post-COVID era. Currently, we are seeing between 400-500 in-person every Sunday, which is roughly 70% of our church family.
