- Start small…Skip a meal once a week or once daily but do not neglect your health. Drink lots of water!
- Download a fasting app to track your fasting (Eating cycles 12:12, 16:8, 20:4, based on body type)
- Try Whole 30 or the Daniel Diet to help guide your intentional meal prep.
- Biblical fasting is related to food but you can also fast from distractions such as social media/entertainment.
- Remember: Hunger Pangs/Withdraws are good prompts to pray! (Fasting heightens your sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.)
