Go and make disciples.
This is the heart of a statement that Jesus made in His final address to His disciples before He ascended into heaven. We often refer to this as the Great Commission, and at Dayspring we've simply acknowledged this as the core mission of the church. And rather than revise that in a different way with clever words and phrases, we have simply leaned into the words of Jesus as the mission that His disciples are called to live into and out of.

We love our staff and the culture that they bring to our office. Working at Dayspring is fun, and our team members are like family. We enjoy monthly meals together, quarterly offsite outings, and an annual staff & spouse retreat.
We believe that disciple-making begins at home, and that's our first ministry priority. We encourage our staff to be available for their family, even if it means taking a little time out of the day.
